Report to: Marketing Manager (Foreigner) Responsibilities: • Design & present innovative digital marketing ideas to the Marketing Director and brand teams. • Execute digital marketing projects for both brand specific and strategic portfolio initiatives. • Take part in strategic planning activities to ensure digital marketing is fully optimized, and that brand teams are delivering strong concepts that can be effectively applied through digital. • Work with agencies, third party media and social media; manage all agency relationships and agreements for digital marketing. • Support the implementation of non-digital marketing projects. • Establish clear and stretching KPIs for all digital activities and closely assesses the effectiveness of all digital marketing. • Conduct analysis on marketing trends and competitor activity both in the general market and in digital. • Confidence and ability to liaise with company Directors and the Managing Director.
• University graduate • At least 4 years experience in digital marketing. • Fluent in English • Experience in a digital marketing agency is an advantage. • Experience in managing large scale CRM programmers. • Strong in social media. • A good team player • ‘Can-do’ attitude • Creativity • Results orientation • High level of initiative and assertiveness • Outgoing, confident, sociable, with a sense of style • Problem solving and analysis skills
