Report to: National Procurement Manager • Work with purchase requestors: distribution/warehouse/manufacturing/logistics to understand supply specification • Build procurement Plan quarterly & Establish appropriate POV • Collect market information / intelligence about categories to understand available supply base; assess risks and opportunities to propose the best supply source • Analyze Monthly Cost Matrix applied in each area/each supplier • Quarterly evaluate current suppliers and search for potential suppliers • Negotiate with suppliers; evaluate and determine the best proposal to submit for approval • Frequently update changes in annex & system to prepare & update contracts accordingly • Create and maintain info record and contracts in SAP for all active logistics activities • File professional report to Manager; consult Manager on any difficulties & issues.
• University graduated from Economics/ Science, processes knowledge in Logistics/ Economics / Finance • At least 5-year experience in FMCG or 4-year experience in logistics field particularly • Excellent Analysis skill, expertise in Word/ Excel/ Power Point/ SAP • Good communication skill, especially to cross functional department & supplier not only within domestics but also in overseas • Conflict management • Decision making • Well manage information & contract flow • Good negotiation skill • Problem solving skill • Honest, Transparent
