Job summary: 
Ensuring targeted profit and sales/share objective for customer
Takes part in driving the sales/ market share/ customer contribution for category by implementation and optimization of category strategies within the assigned customer
Responsibility for maintain and leverage the relationships & partnership with the customer
 
Key responsibilities:
Account Management
Implement company’s and products’ (category) strategies and/or tactics 
Lead and develop People
Excellent In-store Execution

 

University in Business Administration, Foreign Trade, Economics
Strong analytics, familiar to work with numbers
Ability to lead team, good team commitment
Confident, proactive  with strong passion for growth
Relationship & networking capability
Computer skills:  Word, Excel, Power point
Able to communicate in English
Well working in field. Able to work under high pressure condition
Result oriented. Well managing for result.
Strong strategic influencing & seizing the future
