• Give counsel to managers on recruitment activities • Ensure recruitment activities are in line with company’s policies. • Support line managers in reviewing job requirements and undertaking job evaluation exercises. • Work with Head of HR to perform regular review of recruitments methods and suggest changes for improvements. • Work with line managers to design job descriptions and competency based interviews • Support line managers to undertake various competency based interviews. • Work out development plans for key talents and key job positions • Build a strong business relationship with the employees and line managers by acting as a single point of the contact in the assigned area. • Give advice to line managers on all employee relations issues, implement the sickness absence policy. • Review and update the employee handbook with legislative updates. • Support managers in conducting investigations and undertaking formal meetings • Acts as the performance improvement driver and provokes positive changes in the people management • Challenges the organizational structure of the assigned area and proposes changes • Facilitates the management team to bring best solutions for employees • Designs and maintain organization vitality charts as the performance of the business unit improves • Proactively supports the delivery of HR Processes.
• Experience in HR Management position • Bachelor's degree in relevant majors • Fluent in English
• Knowledge about labor law
• Strong communication & negotiation Skills • Analytical and problem solving kills
• Project management and change management skills • Time management and priority management skills
