•    Selling ingredients and additives for ink segment

•    Identifying and providing technical support to Customers including problem shooting, formulation, trial running, etc. to meet Customer needs/ expectation

•    Creating customer intimacy through frequent visits and ‘multi- level’ communication (R&D, Marketing, Production, Purchasing, Top Management)

•    Developing new customers, new segmentation per management guidance

•    Building and maintaining relationship with customers

•    Regularly visit customers in person

•    Executing other tasks assigned by direct supervisor

•    Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Chemical is preferred

•    At least 4-year B2B technical sales support experience

•    Technical skills

•    Commercial fundamentals

•    Dynamic and proactive

•    Willing to work under pressure and travelling if require

•    Microsoft office competence

•    Fluent in English
