Report to: Senior Business Services Manager • Manage & develop project plan, scope, key stakeholder requirements and report regularly against the project plan to ensure visibility of project progress. • Ensure project scope and goals meet the region or country’s objectives. • Manage investment cost, ensure adequate resources are available. • Obtain agreement to project plans from all sponsors. • Produce or draft a project budget. • Ensure business services run properly and efficiently • Coordinate with global, regional and area team as required. • Manage vendors and/or suppliers within specified time and budget requirements. • Assemble project teams as appropriate from both ITS, regional, area and country staff or from outside vendors. • Monitor the project team to ensure the identified project methodology is adhered to and deliverables are achieved. • Identify risks that could impact the completion of the project within budget and on time; suggest resolution. • Provide on going efficient and effective running of business services.. • Cultivate cooperation and a strong customer-focused approach within the project team. • Monitor individual performance and develop IKOs/KPIs with team members. • Lead, control and motivate the project team through involvement in recruitment and ongoing communication. • Identify training needs and opportunities to develop a highly skilled project team (where appropriate).
• Master or Bachelor degree or equivalent in an IT discipline • 5 years experience in Business system or support environment • 2 years experience in logistics industry • Proficiency in English • Project management, presentation and interpersonal skills are required • Technical skills preferred: Essential computer network, MS Windows Server, MS SQL database and Dot Net programming skill, MS Office and Windows utilities. • Practical process knowledge in IT service management is preferred.
