• Manage all the communication and marketing campaigns related to the company’s retail network in HCMC • Handle objections and concerns by clarifying, emphasizing agreements and working through differences to a positive conclusion. Use a variety of styles to persuade or negotiate appropriately. • Attend industry-related events and conferences, and provide feedback and information on market and creative trends. • Work with the distributors, communicate with new shops who want to join the network and make the decision whether to let them in or not. • Manage the promotional programs with distributors and potential subcontractors. • Monitor & supervise the IT system provided to the shops (sales evolution, communication with end users via massive text messaging, attention to end users feedbacks) • Supervise the formation of the shops’ staff and makes sure the top service charter is respected via surveys and end users’ feedbacks as well as reward events.
• University graduate in Business or Engineering • 3-5 years of experiences in sales or marketing • Good Management skills • A proven track record in strong negotiation skills is essential • Independent with team work spirit • Excellent communication skills in both Vietnamese and English • Innovative and proactive and adaptable • Ambitious, challenge taker and result-oriented
