Reports to:  National Sales manager

•    Manage and develop sales activities in assigned area, set goals & targets for ASM & Team leaders
•    Supervise ASM & Team leaders performance; develop a strong & dedicated sales team of ASM, Junior ASM & Service center manager.
•    Monitor regular meetings & trainings for sales staff
•    Deliver leadership trainings, brain storm workshops to management levels
•    Act as a mentor for staff members & a reliable partner to the leaders
•    Ensure that sales objectives are achieved.
•    Build up & execute sales & marketing strategies in line with the company’s policy & budget
•    Process yearly developing conversation to set target for staffs and assess performance to review salary aligned with company budget

•    Min1-2 years of working experience in the same position
•    Bachelor’s degree
•    Around 30 years old and up
•    Proven track record of outstanding achievements & successfully leading people
•    Strong interpersonal skills
•    ability to build strong relationships with people from all walks of lives
•    Can-do attitude; aggressive and enthusiastic; hard working and managed skill
•    Leadership & coaching skills
•    Creative skills
•    Analytical / Planning skills
•    Excellent at English communication
•    Can start working immediately
