In charge of North VN region.
• Develop a business plan/sales plan to meet the existing targets & needs for sustainable profitable growth; prepare action plans by individuals as well as by team for effective search of sales leads and prospects. • Manage & maintain reports from Sales Rep regarding records of all pricings, sales, sales forecast and activity • Control expenses to meet budget guidelines • Delegate tasks to subordinates and follow-up. • Responsible for the performance and development of Sales Rep. • Provide Sales Rep with regular coaching and counseling to build motivation and selling skills. • Maintains contact with all customers in the market area to ensure high levels of customers satisfaction. • Demonstrates ability to interact and cooperate with all company employees. • Co-ordinate with technical team to develop a new paint technology & product platform to meet market & customer requirement • Co-ordinate with other departments for all cost saving projects
• 5-7 years of experience in sales management in coating business • Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements. • Willingness to travel and work in a global team of professionals. • Proven leadership and ability to drive sales teams • Good in writing, communication in English
