Report to: Marketing Director
• Lead & manage brand merchandising strategy and activation. Ensure merchandising is delivered with excellence and is cost effective. • Effectively manage event organization, ensure that events are delivered with excellence and achieve objective for both brand building, customer support, and sales driving; ensure that brand events maximize PR return and provide the PR team with strong PR content. • Educate staff about brand knowledge, ensure that all staff can represent company’s brands in outlet, educate and mentor customers and consumers with professionalism and enthusiasm • Develop a strong understanding of customers’ needs and ensure that marketing activities are fitting with these. • Ensure that new creative platforms are relevant and can be implemented with excellence. Represent the needs of brand activation in key brand and agency meetings. • Represent marketing activation in monthly sales and marketing planning meetings. • Understand how channels can best support brand objectives and communicates clear channel guidelines, translates brand benefits and updates on consumer insights to trade marketing. • Regularly collect market and competitor information , get updated on new trends in outlet.
• Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields. • At least 9 years of marketing experience in a leading consumer goods company • Experience of the drinks industry and the On-Trade is an advantage • Strong experience of events management and customer marketing. • Interest in spirits and design • Gravitas and maturity • Strong interpersonal skills. • Outgoing & sociable, confident • Computer literacy • Good English language skills
