Report to: Operation Manager 1. Responsibility for maintaining Inventory System. • Received and check all the report from off-loading and loading before it is entered into the system to avoid mistake. • Received Daily Production Report from Mill. Overall check for detail. Pass it to the staff to make summary report by excel file then review again before entering into the system. • Cross check Production report from the system with document to make sure there is no data mistake in the system (This will be done after system updated). • Overall checking Production report after the batch has been closed (Check comparison btw in-Store & Input, Input & Outturn, Analysis the report and raising up if there is any issue.) • Problem solving when stock transfer from upcountry location. 2. Responsibility of guiding and training the team. • Training new staff step by step for all the transactions or system reporting for locally of system user. • Guiding the staff if there are any new transactions or anything not clearly about system. • Recording and sending data correction request to HCM if there are any data mistakes in the System. • Back up for all the staff on data entry and system entry 3. Responsibility for checking all the stock movement • Checking In-store wt. loss • Batch report if any Up-grading, Re-bagging or Drying. • Checking stock balance against weekly stock statement 4. Responsibility for Monthly report or any Analysis report requirements. • List of Production batches analysis summary report • In-stored weight loss report for Bonded and Non-Bonded • Volumes of all the activities in Bonded and Non-Bonded 5. Responsibility for planning loading & off-loading and Fumigation • Logistics weekly /daily planning, follow-up containers movement, check Ex-Stored Quality & weight for both Bonded & Non Bonded operations. • Guiding the team to check and organize and the document requirement for truck to off-loading. • Making the fumigation planning to reach the deadline of the shipment.
• Bachelor graduated • Minimum 3-5 years in accounting or import – export or logistics experiences at multinational companies. Experiences in inventory system is advantageous. • Excellent analytical skills, • Fluently in English communication. • Strong team player and eager to learn. • Good supervisory skills • Good in communication skills and interpersonal skills. • Familiar with Microsoft Office, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Power Point
