• Play the lead role in developing the organization’s strategic Sales & Marketing vision/mission and business plans. Evaluates industry / business trends for potential impact on the organization; identifies key business opportunities and potential threats / obstacles relative to the achievement of short & long-term business objectives to ensure that the company realizes consistent revenue returns along with consistent measureable growth. • Provide executive level support & guidance to the sales & marketing functional groups to ensure the team achieves sales & business plan objectives, grows market share, expands awareness, improves dealer satisfaction levels and incrementally grow Company’s sales dealer base. • Assist marketing in the creation of a branding strategy that includes brand positioning, brand penetration & product life cycle management of products to improve customer awareness and increases sales revenues. • Take the leadership role as the external voice of the company to the marketplace and industry while instilling a strong customer focused philosophy within the company. • Plan, manage and measure the function’s human resources capital & develop a strong sales workforce to ensure future growth of the company • Develop and manage operation budgets for assigned functions to maximize profit & control cost. • Provide guidance, support, and direction in coordination with all managements, to the divisions in achieving retail & wholesale plans annually.
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, sales & marketing or financial field of study • At least 5 years of experience at the management level in an operational or sales and marketing function sales industries of FMCG, Food industry • Experience in strategic planning and execution. Knowledge of contracting, negotiating, and change management. Knowledge of structuring sales quota goals and revenue expectations. Experience in planning business strategies, overseeing P&L for a large organizations and managing successful business operations
