Job Purpose: • Generate distribution and sales of the Company's products throughout a specified sales channel HORECA (premium hotels, restaurants, cafes, entertainment club, spas, sport clubs …) in accordance with the operational and controllable measurements must be professionalized in a strategic and sustainable way. Key Responsibilities: • Achievement of agreed distribution and sales volume and budget. • Effectively develop & execute HORECA channel activities aligned with HORECA strategy to drive specific channel performance objective. • Develop “premium” HORECA execution in-line with sales & brand strategy. • Build an effective working relationship with key customers of premium HORECA channel. • Development and retention of the key customer network timely and professionally • Implementation and recommendation of HORECA plans. • Understand and follow the competitive market situation. • Management of the sales administration (credit, delivery co-ordination, cash, commissions and report writing) • Maximize customer service and take any necessary action to maintain same including the satisfaction of any customer complaints. • Adhere to the company’s Accounting and Administration policies and guidelines.
• University graduate preferably • At least 2-3 years with sales and HORECA experience. Person may have worked also as food & beverage executive/manager in premium HORECA customers. • Sales know how and not afraid of customers. • Negotiation skill • Planning and organizing skills • Very Good Communication skill • Good analytical skill • Self-motivated, positive thinking • High responsibility • Good appearance • Computer literacy • Solid English skills
