• Develop sales development plan through understanding of market condition, business directions, ensure that sales development plan in line with company's priorities and strategies. • Analyze current standard operation process & issues and define opportunities for improvement through various sources of information • Identify core competencies of sales workforce • Analyze & identify training needs for all functions within the sales organization and get alignment. • Develop and execute long-term, short-term and annual training plans; modify and improve existing programs based on both the department’s and the sub-function’s needs • Select & verify third party, provide full briefs, select trainers for training programs • Act as the contact points for all trainings of Sales departments including corporate training, technical training, external seminars, and sales training courses • Verify the objectives & alignments to competency map, budgets and coordinate for approval before implementation • Provide head of functions, HR department & relevant parties with timely feedback of training programs for proactive action • Control training budget
• Bachelor degree in economics • At least 2 years of experience in training / field work • 4 years of experience in sales operation in FMCG • Knowledge in couching • Strong leadership • Presentation & project management skills • Teamwork, collaboration, decisiveness, integrity • Planning & time management skills • Ability to communicate effectively across different functions • Problem solving skills • High sense of emergency & analytical
