Report to: HR Manager

1.    Recruitment
•    Plan, develop and manage the recruitment & selection process, strategy and appropriate assessment/ recruitment tools to screen and recruit candidates for good job fit
•    Design & develop recruitment materials such as job descriptions & testing tools
•    Develop company branding to attract and retain high candidate qualification and diversity
•    Interview candidates up to Senior Executive level and provide feedback to both HR Manager and Line Manager.
•    Ensure all vacancies are filled with the suitable candidates within the targeted time.
•    Work with recruitment agencies & universities on recruitment needs
•    Manage & develop the applicant database.
•    Manage recruitment budget

2.    Training & Development
•    Working with line Manager on the Training Need Analysis, prepare training materials, propose any change in training & development process & procedures
•    Execute training & development plan on time
•    Verify qualified training courses from training agencies and send for approval
•    Provide training feedback & analysis, keep records related to the training of the staff.
•    Conduct the orientation to new comers
•    Manage training budget

 

3.    Reporting
•    Report to HR manager about Recruitment and Training activity, cost, and result
•    Report to DOLISA, Insurance Department/ Office
•    Prepare other reports under HR Manager’s instruction and request
