• Manage daily operation activities in the assigned area • Ensure sales operation plan, its objectives and administrative procedures are thoroughly understood and implemented • Control the application of trade terms, credit policy, and promotions • Identify the potential of the assigned area’s development • Ensure the operation are well aligned with company business guidelines and objective • Build up & maintain effective relationship with customers • Report to trade customer service level and other matters effecting sales • Manage selling expenses & trade financial solvency as laid down in the authorities & recommend action • Establish sales incentive scheme • Coach, motivate & support subordinates • Other related tasks as assigned by direct supervisor
• Minimum college degree • At least 2 years experience in the same position & 4 years experience in GT / FMCG • Experience in personal care products is a plus • Distributor management • Proactive & result-focused and follow up to the end • Persuasive & effective communication • Problem analysis and problem solving • Leading, coaching and training skill • Passionate & able to work under high pressure • Ability to communicate in English in general circumstances & sales conversations
