•    Participate in the set-up of the production plan to optimize the use of workforce.
•    Organize activities of the service to follow the production planning in the best conditions in terms of product costs and deadlines
•    Regularly follow up the production yield, quality of works performed for every product, every batch.
•    Participate in the compilation, modification and improvement of procedures, methods used in his/her workshop.
•    Participate in the estimation of needs in terms of small investments and consumables for the workshop; supervise the use of consumables.
•    Supervise the existing equipment in the service, communicate Maintenance for the quick reparations of broke-down equipments.
•    Ensure all procedures, standards, and hygiene and safety regulations are complied with. Organize the suitable in-process controls in manufacturing stages to reduce accidents / incidents and quality problems.
•    Detect and report the non-conformities in the manufacturing process; analyze the causes and apply the relevant procedures.
•    Participate in the experiments on machines operation and validation by supplying necessary materials, schedule, manpower and knowledge with the help of Maintenance Department and V/M department.
•    Give recommendations on manufacturing technique when it is necessary to re-work a batch or change the manufacturing procedure.
•    Establish working standards and appraise the annual accomplishment by the personnel; propose the salary raise, the needs for training and promotion.
•    Chair the workshop group meetings, inform KPIs as well as give observations, actions to improve them and send monthly, quarterly minutes to Production Manager.
•    Participate in the compilation of job descriptions; determine the needs for recruitment and train of new collaborator.
•    Suggest the general training; organize, follow-up and appraise performance of the on-the-job training for personnel in the workshop.
•    Control the employees’ working time and personal cases of absence

•    University graduated, Pharmacist degree is preferred
•    3-5 year-experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing or the same position
•    Wide  knowledge in pharmaceutical products and manufacturing process
•    Intermediate English skill
