• Develop new customer, new segmentation as per management guidance • Create customer intimacy through frequent visits and ‘multi-level’ communication (R&D, Marketing, Production, Purchasing, Top Management) • Building and maintaining relationship with customers • Identify and provide technical support to Customers including problem shooting, formulation, trial running, etc. to meet Customer needs/expectation & build profit margins • Provide product’s information to Customers • Maximize sales/ profit by fully promoting synergy selling of all products • Achieve or exceed budgeted sales • Executing other tasks assigned by management
• Bachelor Degree of Chemical, Biochemical, Polymer or related industries • At least 4-year B2B sales experience in related industry • Commercial fundamentals • Computer competence (MS-Office) • Fluent in English
