•    Responsible for site identification and sourcing activities for different retail formats
•    Research the suitability of potential sites for these formats and make recommendations to the company CEO
•    Establish, maintain relationships & conduct negotiations with landlords
•    Manage contract completion activities: lease agreements, tenancy agreements, etc.
•    Manage existing leases and tenancy agreements, including contract renewal requirements
•    Manage and assist with Investment License applications on behalf of the Company
•    Oversee the handover of sites to Operations and attending to defects that fall under the Landlord’s scope of works before/after store opening
•    Project management activities including applying and securing operating licenses, equipment sourcing, liaison with property contractors / construction companies etc
•    Other ad hoc duties as assigned by the company CEO
