Subordinate: 1 Recruitment Officer, 2 HRBP, 1 Admin
• Support & update a business unit on all employee relations matters • Advise & support managers and staff on human resources related issues • Deal with any tribunal claims that arise • Liaise between management and employees by handling questions and assisting in the resolution of work-related issues • Responsible for selection, recruitment, and interviewing of employees in coordinate with supervisory and department heads during the hiring process. • Provide effective guidance to line and department staff, relating to employee concerns, problems, and disciplinary action to comply with company policies. • Plan and organize company events, e.g. outing, staff teambuilding and recognition, annual staff party etc.
