• Deal with 1 or more major customers and develop the strategic Plan to increase market share, NSR and ensure a profitable volume growth • Develop monthly promotional programs based on Company's long term & short term objectives at least 1 month in advance. Work with customers to ensure the programs aligned by customers and can deliver business results. • Ensure monthly volume target achieved. Work closely with regional KA teams as well as customers to monitor weekly/monthly volume. • Delegate tasks to sales rep and ensure they are clear on what to execute per channel. • Provide sales rep with on-job training/coaching. Maintain weekly meetings with Region KA teams. • Negotiate with customers to have best merchandising execution. • Perform business review with customers every quarter.
• Bachelor Degree • 2-4 years Sales and/or Marketing experince in FMCG companies. At least 1-2 years in senior management position, especially in Key Account Manager position • Customer business analysis, Program execution, Direct sales, Route Settlement • Merchandising, Pricing & Packaging management • Problem Solving, & fact finding • Initiative • Excellent selling & communication skills • Fluent in English • Ability to influence other people • Highly focused on delivering commitments • Ability to coach direct reports • Interpersonal skills • Willing to travel
