• Manage production operating budgets, develop and implement Capital Expense Budgets within the production. • Develop and execute appropriate communication strategy for the production to support on-going achievement of the business goals. • Adhere to state, local, and federal guidelines related to EOHS, Quality, and Regulatory. • Communicate and implement the vision, mission, strategy, and objectives within the production. • Identifies and communicates equipment capabilities and constraints • Ensures that equipment and processes are capable of meeting production schedules, customer demands, and Quality and Microbiology targets • Implement TPM and other continuous improvement programs within the production. • Provide subordinates with training, information sharing, coaching, feedback, appraisals, and delegation, to ensure the development of people, teams, and organizational capabilities.
• B.S. Degree in chemistry • Strong GMP knowledge and practical experience is required as a must • At least 3 years production management experience • Understands technical processes in the Production • Knows the handling and storage requirements of raw materials, finished goods, and waste streams
