Report to: Production Engineering & Project Manager • Manage projects which develop new variants • Participate in the development process for assigned projects with focus on time to market, cost minimization, and product quality. • Compile project plans & regularly update on project status to management, the project team, and other stakeholders. • Monitor and control progress of projects to provide technical overview. • Coordinate with Application Engineer, Product Development Engineer, Production Engineer on product manufacture ability, assembly, inspection etc. • Perform tests in production environment based on experiments design by R&D • Responsible for pilot production based on R&D documentation and equipment/tooling provided by SE. • Investigate & propose new product feasibilities • Prepare technical instruction documentation for pilot production • Validation production line and/or equipment before mass production
• Bachelor’s degree in technical, engineering, mechanics. Master degree is preferred • At least 4 year on Production Engineer or QA Engineer • At least 2 years on a similar positions of project management • Proficient in using Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, SolidWorks • Professional knowledge of Project management; Technology innovation (product, process improvement); Design of experiments (preferred Six Sigma) • Fluent in English • Team player, open minded, honest, target driven
