• Identify business opportunity including potential new markets, competitive opportunities, new distribution/expansion plans, new promotional ideas, cost-saving proposals, etc.; • Discuss and make recommendations to the Commercial Director/Sales Manager regarding Sales/ Merchandising/ Promotion plans for Modern Trade. • Monitor field and market information, and submit accurate and timely reports to the Modern Trade Supervisor and Snr Area Sales Manager-South & Central. • Implement approved action plans for Modern Trade, monitor the progress against the agreed sales targets. • Ensure sales-related KPIs are achieved. • Manage merchandising activities, distribution, stock level and price on the Modern Trade channel are in line with business objectives • Establish relationship and negotiate trading terms, payment terms, listing fees, pricing structure, etc. • Maintain good business manners, in line with company’s policies and guidelines to project a professional image to the trade & customers.
• University Degree, major in Marketing/ Business preferred. • Minimum 3 years of sales experience in FMCG industry (Key Account/ Supermarket channel). • Good understanding of Key Account Management & Modern Trade. • Good command of English • Good interpersonal skills • Energetic, self-motivated, result-oriented • Ability to work under pressure • Team player. • Business Development Skills • Negotiation Skills • Customer Care • Relationship Building • Public Relations Skills
