• Develop and implement sales plan • Manage direct major account & key channel partner sales • Qualify, recruit & cultivate channel partners to boost up channel sales & meet the company target. • Promote & sell all company products/solutions to supply chain equipment to general retail, manufacturing, logistic, transportation, governmental customers • Identify & penetrate new industry/market/key end customers • Ensures business growth from assigned territory and prospect accounts
• University degree • 2-3 years of sales experience (direct sales & channel management) • Experience in multinational company & electronics manufacturing environment is preferred • Good understanding about local market • Good commercial knowledge in statistics and market analysis • Work independently and be able to handle high stress • Effective communication skill • Decisive, dynamic and aggressive • Fluent in English
