• Forecast financial statement and have method to solve problem if needed. • Set up regulations about finance management, ensure it obeys the law and suites to actual company status • Organizing to exploit potential capital sources, idle capital invested in company in order to provide abundant capital for production and sales. • Dealing with banker for new credit facility, organizing meeting with banker and BOD. • Coordinating with group company for reconciliation, Axapta....etc. • Contacting ministry of planning and investment for amendment of investment license as request. • Coordinating with Accounting and branches to ensure financial report on time. • Conducting analysis of every existing problems and also look for or give solution and take decision as according to priority by using one of effective analysis tools • Supervising all cash and bank transactions. • Controlling finance activities, credit facilities, A&P budget, financial forecast. • Controlling the implementation of cash planning • Inspecting, supervising the implementation of company’s account task including: take notes on accounts, document transfer, make periodic reports..... • Advising & updating new financial regulations to BOD. • Analyzing and evaluating financial operation effectiveness of company in each period, implementing necessary actions to deal with and prevent mistakes in management both for budget planning and finance usage. • Approving all expenses concerning department operations according to approved plan. • Requesting payments for expenses within approved budget. • Proposing payments for expenses beyond budget (with valid invoice). • Participating in construction and signing economic contracts within the scope of finance-accounting function. • Deciding on recruitment, promotion, demotion, transference, discipline, dismissal, and resignation of employees within management scope according to HR policy of company. • Building the spirit of job subordinate and team work • Giving confession/appreciation/praise and also give exhortation or sanction as according to subordinate achievement • Coaching and developing team members to become a high performing business team. • Defining and suggesting an appropriate organization structure for department
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance & Accounting • At least 6 years of experience in Accounting & Finance field • understand financial perspective: Revenue, A/R and Bad Debt, Operating cost, Investment, R.O.I, R.O.E, ROA, ITO, ACP • Ability to manage company cash flow & budget • Ability to analyze Financial company reports • Knowledge of the tax regulations, Aging A/R & Allowance for doubtful • Understand internal & external audit • Ability to coach, motivate, and give the instruction to subordinates • High professional dedication and hard-working spirit, working independent, can accept high-pressure working environment, willing to enhance of knowledge. • Good relationship with colleagues, superior and other persons. • Have a responsibility, initiative, teamwork, and discipline • Be able to effective communication
