Report to: Commercial Director • Develop and execute the overall marketing plans, programs for the brand within the overall company strategy • Ensure the effective implementation & execution of related Marketing activities, including above-the-line and below-the-line accordance with company strategies, and within budget • Plan & suggest the Marketing budget • Build brand awareness and brand values towards consumers perception; improve key brand health tracking scores vs competitors’ • Monitor brand performance & the effectiveness of advertising and other marketing activities • Assist the development of new/existing products and markets • Contribute the achievement of the Company’s commercial and marketing objectives
• University graduate, preferably in Marketing or Business related • At least 3-5 years of experience in Marketing & Advertising, preferably at similar position. • Experienced in event planning a positive • Strong appreciation for premium / luxury brands • Strategic thinking & planning abilities • Management skills • Negotiation skills • Presentation skills • Fluent communication (both VN & English) • Creative, opened-minded, self-challenged and strategic thinking • Enjoys socializing and building networks. • Positive, hardworking, pleasant • Having a professional appearance • Self-motivated, independent, & good team player. • Persuasiveness, assertive, self-confidence, flexibility
