• Growing company’s business by achieving market leadership in Regional area • Provide Marketing Strategy and Business Development plan to grow key account and build branding in VN, Laos, Cambodia and Philippines • Indentify key account customer, build relationship, organize activities lead to trust and team work. • Coordinate with local customers for seminar ,training, road show and other regional activities • Being a resource for sales team, helping sales team winning the work, helping team to win the projects with full commitment • Develop new products by leading and drive to completion and implement successfully. • Find new opportunity and new market, lead and support team grow with good strategy planning. • To assist GM on Marketing and Business Development for grow the market and revenue. • Joining activity with Corporate Marketing Team in assignment appointed.
• Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering. • Master Degree in MBA is preferable. • At least 10 years in Construction Material Business. • Age 35 years up • Able to make Sales Plan and manage/supervise Sales team • Good command of both spoken & written English • Good at planning and strong analytical and interpersonal skills • Good knowledge in computer literacy • Self-motivated attitude and customer service orientation
