• Forecast sales volume for existing & new products to set up sales targets for regions & territories, develop & implement appropriate sales action plans • Ensure monthly & yearly sales target are met • Establish & develop strong relationship with key customers • Establish & optimize structure of the sales force • Delegates tasks, set up policy & incentive for sales team • Manage & develop sales force’s skills & capabilities by planning & conducting training programs • Organize sales meetings to keep track of & appraise sales performance • Responsible for sales staff recruitment & orientation
• Bachelor’s degree • At least 5-year experience in Pharma/Medical sales & 3-year experience in Northern area
• Relationship with Dermatology Hospitals and Doctors • Excellent organization & planning skills • Customer relationship management, problem solving skills • Ability to work independently, self-motivated • Strong leadership skills & team work spirit • Excellent communication & presentation skills • Fluent in English
