Report to: Technical Lead (Vietnamese) • Plan and lead the work covering technical projects for self/chemists/technicians. • Plan experimental designs for problem analysis or proving hypothesis in relation to product complaints • Provide technical support to cross functions • Propose ideas for laboratory work • Lead HSES activities of RDI under Tech Lead direction and target • Assist Technical Lead to develop the capability of country technical team
• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry • Fluent in English • At least 3 years of experience in similar role • Good project/time management skill. • Strong analytical, problem solving and organisation skill • Good practical, analytical and laboratory skill • Good interpersonal skill • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively across functions and within department
