•    Achieve the agreed sales volume, value, share and contribution target for all products and services
•    Responsible for sales performance analysis which includes customer profile & performance , channel performance, product performance, price impact, competitors activities, marketplace insight
•    Develop monthly action plan for the assigned area to successfully execute the Sales & Marketing Strategies and counter the competition in the area
•    To closely work with distributors to capture all project sales opportunities, follow up and be able to close sales for each project.
•    To develop and maintain a multipoint interface within customers as well as healthy long lasting relationship to gain the maximum co-operation.
•    To spend 75% of time in the field
•    Identify customer development opportunities and propose customer development program to direct manager.
•    Fully support Marketing and Project sales roll out company value added service program including training
•    To work closely with Customer Service Team and Logistics to ensure excellent order processing and high level of customer service
•    Ensure that all customers are within approved credit limits and days outstanding
•    To closely monitor market selling price
•    Effectively execute P.O.P.  Strategies
•    Responsible for sales forecast and discuss and review sales forecast with National Sales Manager and agree action plan

•    Bachelor Degree or higher
•    7-10 years sales experience in construction material or consumer product
•    Good communication, presentation and negotiation skills
•    Highly organized, strong sense of identifying and prioritizing issues
•    Highly self motivated. Able to communicate enthusiasm and inspire
•    Adequate analytical skills
•    Ability to work quickly and efficiently under pressure condition
•    Be initiative and pro-active
•    Adequate computer skills - MS Office
•    Understand and able to communicate in English (Written and oral)
•    Quick conceptual thinker – able to grasp ideas and communicate them effectively
•    Good interpersonal relationship skills
•    Strong team player, leader or participant
•    Self-confident – challenges ideas and norms
