Report to: Brand Manager • Assist in tracking and filing of all advertising activities • Responsible for maintaining the library of advertising materials • Liaise with advertising and media agencies to ensure artwork development and media placements are on schedule • Monitor all reproduction material in traditional media and digital landscape; to ensure its reproduction and content meet brands’ expectations • Assist in maintaining and updating media list to ensure media contacts are current • Attending and responding to media enquiries and requests on products, services and press releases in a timely manner • Assist in PR arrangement with influencers, research, collate profiles and track activities • Track and compile monthly media coverage and tabulate media ROI • Assist in online marketing, maintain updates and queries on Facebook, track digital responses, website (coresite) refresh and update • Coordinate with vendors, charge-out, control and maintain the inventory of collaterals including printed materials • Liaise with in-house design team and assist in visual merchandising, tester display and testers charge-outs for new doors • Coordinate and assist in press releases e.g. arranging for media and photographer • Manage customer loyalty / birthday programs, prepare monthly birthday mailers & mail-out, gifts, answering customer service issues pertaining to rewards program. • Track CRM response, results and prepare reports pertaining to capture rate, birthday program response rates and redemption rates • Coordinate and execute in the development of promotional materials such as collateral, gifts and samples, communication outreach • Assist in coordinating all event set-up, liaison with relevant vendors and retailers • Copy-writing and vetting of communication materials and to ensure proper use of logos, images in accordance to brand guidelines • Track monthly response rate, results of workshops/ events and prepare reports • Assist in monthly marketing budget reconciliation • Perform general administration duties such as schedule managers’ appointments; make travel arrangements for department as well as for visiting guests, update managers on deadlines and providing feedback on systems and processes within department • Maintenance of product price listing and to update products pricing via various mediums • Diploma in Marketing or Business Administration with minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a fast paced environment
• Bachelor Degree in Marketing with 1 year of relevant experience may be considered
• Experience in luxury cosmetics / fashion brand is preferred
• Able to demonstrate good understanding in Advertising, Public Relations and Promotions • Creative, independent and a meticulous individual • Organized and strong in interpersonal skills • A team player • Driven and motivated in achieving tangible business results • Willing to commit long working hours for event support when required • Media savvy and proficient in computer skills; • Proficient in MS Office, Adobe Photoshop
