Report to: Finance Manager • Ensure month-end closing is completed in timely and accurate manner: sales and COS related transactions, recording of operating expenses, receipt and payment transactions • Participate in the annual budget and own the monthly estimates process for indirect operating expenses • Monthly forecast cash flow; review indirect balance sheet, opex performance; against budget and previous estimates. • Deliver timely and accurate monthly reporting package • Ensures Accounting Processes are in place and finance is able to fulfill responsibilities in O2C, P2P and B2R. • Responsible for local tax filing and attend to adhoc queries from local authorities • Facilitate internal audit exercise
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accountancy. • Certificate of Chief Accountant. • 5 years of relevant experience with background in accounting and audit. • Financial analysis experience in an MNC. • Experience in SAP, HFM and strong Microsoft Excel skills. • Strong analytical, communication, interpersonal and presentation skills. • Able to work independently under pressure and respond well in a dynamic business environment.
