• Develop sales plan & objective including direct accounts, sales projects for assigned line of business in assigned territories or nationwide. • Develop distributor strategies aligned with global / regional requirements to support territory sales goals. • Coordinate with engineers on engineering service implementation & support for direct accounts. • Develop and maintains appropriate business relationships with distributor key personnel and strategic accounts. • Develop and maintains appropriate business relationships with key accounts/sectors key personnels. • Responsible for all aspects of account administration, including contract administration, credit reports and credit performance, and the updating and maintenance of the Industrial Business database and provide support to distributor to follow/join new bids /projects / customers. • Keep abreast of competitor’s activities and market trends; develops and implements agreed strategies to counter competitor activities. • Provides DSRs with sales coaching/trainings.
• University graduate • Experience in FMCG / Pharma / Chemical is preferred • Good English and Vietnamese communication • Computer proficiency • Negotiation & presentation skill • Customer development • Sales programs • Product knowledge • Brand and product conversion • Equipment familiarization • Information sources • Trouble shooting problems
