Brand Manager (ATL, BTL)

Report to: Marketing Manager

•    Develop brand strategies and propose marketing plan
•    Monitor, analyze brand sales and market share; evaluate research data to analysis brand performance
•    Update brand activities and support by MKT and trade monthly
•    Update or change product labels - declarations or prices & product formulations
•    Coordinate development of advertisements and material information
•    Apply necessary Government approvals for the brands
•    Update competitive landscape with frequent analysis competitors’ SWOT and market information, propose research when necessary
•    Monitor prices & coordinate to all parties in case of price changes
•    Plan and monitor ATL and BTL activities of the assigned brands
•    Propose and budget for promotional materials and samples
•    Liaise with other departments/ sections on matters related to coordination and implementation of sales and marketing activities, administration of office and staff management; ensure a smooth working relationship in the company
•    Make regular market visits to the trade and monitor coverage by distributors
•    Lead, train, coach and motivate the brand team in order to enhance teamwork
•    Monitor ABM/ME performance, train and develop ABM/ME’s marketing skill to help them grow in their career path
•    Involve in the recruitment and selection of ABM/ME in marketing department
•    Appraise the performance of assigned brand team members
•    Achieve the established key performance indicators
•    Update and report brand performance to Marketing Manager
•    Other tasks assigned by Marketing Manager.

•    University degree
•    At least 3 years relevant experience in FMCG, food industry is preferred
•    Outgoing with good initiative and interpersonal skills.
•    Good presentation and negotiation skills.
•    Management skills & problem solving skills.
•    Work independently and under high pressure
•    Strategic planning and analytical skills.
•    Good interpersonal and communication skills.
•    Self-initiative and good follow-through
•    Planning and organizing, co-ordination, delegation, control, integrity, decisiveness
•    Good command of English
•    Computer literate (good skill in Microsoft Office software, Excel, Words, Powerpoint).
