Report to: Sales Director • Lead, motivate and manage the technical service team in the assigned territory to provide technical support to customers • Assist the sales team in achieving agreed results and any other targets within agreed time frames • Recruit, train, coach the new technical service executive to competent level • Develop visit and route plans to ensure that designated potential and existing customers are visited and provided added value technical support to customers • Provide technical trainings – internal and external, seminars, workshops, technical presentations for company, product/brand promotion. • Lead technical benchmark, technical recommendation for product up gradation • Support other business development initiative
• Bachelor’s degree. • 3 years of working experience in apparel industry or related industry. • Fluent in English. • Customer-oriented • Team management skills
