Report to : Channel Sales Manager (North)

•    Achieve the agreed sales volume, value, share and contribution target for all products and services
•    Ensure on time submission of project sales specification information and proposal
•    Fully understand market situation, customer behavior and sales performance and plan the corrective actions
•    Responsible for on time submission of monthly market report which includes market share, price monitoring, competitor awareness.
•    Responsible for sales performance analysis which includes customer performance tracking and customer business review
•    Timely provide feedback and insight from the marketplace to Regional Sales Manager
•    Actively participate to the monthly Team Solution Meeting – present sales performance, market information and recommended activity plan
•    Follow Customer Management Process and achieve the maximum co-operation from customers and efficient sales operation in assigned area
•    Responsible for order taking and amendment  
•    To work closely with Customer Service Supervisor and Logistics to ensure excellent order processing and high level of customer service
•    To closely monitor market selling price of all products/ services/ systems/ solutions to be in line with company price structure and policy and promptly inform National Sales Manager with proposed corrective solutions
•    Effectively execute P.O.P. Strategies
•    Implement marketing and trade marketing activities, which include new product / systems / solutions and service introduction, promotion and other activity programs, ensuring full compliance on implementation plan and timing
•    Submit the sales forecast and transportation estimate to customer service; Discuss and review sales forecast with Regional Sales Manager and agree action plan
•    Monitor actual spend versus planned expenditure

•    Bachelor Degree or higher
•    2-4 years sales experience in construction material or consumer product  
•    Good communication, presentation and negotiation skills
•    Adequate analytical skills
•    Adequate computer skills - MS Office
•    Good interpersonal relationship skills
•    Highly organized, strong sense of identifying and prioritizing issues
•    Highly self motivated. Able to communicate enthusiasm and inspire
•    Broad overview of technical knowledge
•    Ability to work quickly and efficiently under pressure condition
•    Be initiative and pro-active
•    Understand and able to communicate in English (Written and oral)
•    Quick conceptual thinker – able to grasp ideas and communicate them effectively
•    Strong team player, leader or participant
•    Self-confident – challenges ideas and norms
