Report to: Sales Manager
• Represent brand in a professional and positive manner when interacting all internal and external parties. • Implement brand identity tools - merchandising guidelines, media positioning, catalog advertising, product assortment and store/site selection. • Work with Marketing Manager to analyze marketing performance of product line, provides input marketing strategies. • Consolidate statistical data for evaluation of the Brand’s business • Coordinate and ensures allocation of samples, gifts, counter supplies and collaterals to stores • Ensure that customer database is constantly updated. • Ensure hygiene standards in stores are adhered to. • Assist Marketing Manager / Education Manager in coordination and execution of events. • Participate in the weekly sales and marketing meetings. • Assist Marketing Manager and Education Manager in liaising with advertising agencies / publishers for ads, on-going promotional campaigns, workshop and production of promotion / advertising literature, direct mail and collaterals. • Coach each consultant on specific service / selling behaviors and best practices. Review and reinforce on a monthly basis Consultants’ Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). • Attend training section with Education Manager to improve skill and knowledge as well as to receive new education modules for application at point of sales. Rotate with Education Manager to conduct First class, Refreshment and Advance class. • Collect market intelligence data including competitor's pricing and activities info for analysis. • Coordinate with other departments to ensure adequate and correct supply of stocks in all stores. • Work with Education Manager to motivate and develop Consultants; provide teamwork support to other team members. • Conduct quarterly consultant appraisals in conjunction with Education manager & Counter managers, suggest training courses where needed.
• University Degree or equivalent Advance Diploma in Sales and Marketing. • Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience. • Well groomed and poised. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Good computer skill. • Passionate desire to make sales targets • Excellent coach and communicator • Ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast paced, demanding environment • Ability to get others to “buy in” to specific goals and strategies • Self-reliant with the ability to make solid business decisions independently • Results oriented • Team player, inspires and mentors a team, likes to lead by example, inspires enthusiasm • A good listener. Skilled at winning people over.
