Responsible for feedmill - Northern area.
• Establish annual, quarterly, monthly, or weekly sales plans and prioritise and schedule own activities so these targets are met. • Promotes, sells & secures orders from existing and prospective customers through a relationship-based approach • Demonstrates products and services to existing/potential customers and assists them in selecting those best suited to their needs • Identify, research and contact the prospective customers and built positive relationship that will generate future sales and repeat business • Develop long-term sales plans for key customers and accounts and monitor and adapt sales activities so that these objectives are met. • Refer sales leads, customer feedback, and information on competitor activity to appropriate contacts within the organization so that they can respond to changing market condition and customer demands.
• Bachelor’s degree in Aquaculture or Agriculture • 2-3 years experiences in aquaculture and sales representative for premix or additives to aquaculture • Problem-solving skill, ablity to determine solution for customers • Result-orientated and able to work both independently and within a team environment • Good communication skill (both orall and written) and building long term relationship with customer • Honest, proactive, independent • Acept to travel regularly • Nature secret, careful and capacity to independently work
