Report to: National Sales Manager - MCO

•    Responsible for Mekong Delta region.

•    Develops and takes ownership to strategies, plans, objectives and programs in assigned territories.
•    Develops respective strategic distributor’s (SD) strategies in support of territory sales goals.
•    Provides and coordinates with engineering support for SD strategic accounts.
•    Consults and plans with engineers on implementation of engineering services for SD nominated accounts.
•    Develops and maintains appropriate business relationships with SD key personnel and strategic accounts.
•    Provides consultancy to SD for all aspects of account administration, including contract administration, credit reports and credit performance, and the updating and maintenance of the Industrial Business database.
•    Provide consultancy and supports to Distributor Sales Representatives (DSR) to follow/join new bids/projects/customers.
•    Assists SD in pricing and brand awareness development.
•    Provides periodically training/coaching to DSR for technical knowledge as well as soft skills.

•    Male – around 26-36
•    University graduate. Candidates with Mechanical background is preferred.
•    At least 4 years sales experienced in multi-national corporation.
•    Good English and Vietnamese communication.
•    Good Negotiation and presentation skills.
•    Proactive and adaptable manner.
•    Result-oriented and problem solving skills
