• Technical or finance Universities with English or MBA qualifications • 5-10 years Experience in manufacturing management, at big FDI manufacturing is advantage • Interpersonel skill to production people and other depts. • Hand-on experiences in production management and engineering skills • Enperiences in FDI manufacturing environment: Benchmarks, safety, performance management and interpersonal skills. • To be Plant Manager or higher depend on potential
