Report to: Sales & Marketing Manager (Expat)

 

•    Coordinates and ensures allocation of samples, gifts, counter supplies and collaterals to stores
•    Ensures that customer database is constantly updated.
•    Prepares monthly customer profile analysis and customer feedback reports.
•    Ensures visual merchandising and hygiene standards in stores are adhered to.
•    Assists in coordination and execution of events.
•    Actively participate in the weekly sales and marketing meetings.  Prepare an update for review and discussion – achievement of sales targets, key business issues, opportunities, education concerns, etc.
•    Assists in liaising with advertising agencies / publishers for ads, on-going promotional campaigns, workshop and production of promotion / advertising literature, direct mail and collaterals.
•    Provides support, advice and direction to Counter Managers and Consultants in all matter pertaining to their roles and activities in the store. Lead by example via counter coaching. Coach each door to ensure that highest of service standards is maintained at point of sale.
•    Conducts orientation for counter manager and new consultants in store. Attend training section to improve skills and knowledge.
•    Consolidates data for weekly status reports of department projects, merchandising, events and promotional activities.
•    Collects market intelligence data including competitor's pricing and activities info for analysis.
•    Assists in checking and ensuring adequate and correct supply of stocks in all stores.
•    Prints monthly sales reports for the dept – monthly sales by customer by fiscal and calendar year, store inventory.
•    Assists in the preparation and compilation of training notes and manuals.
•    Assists in the logistics (set up of training room, co-ordination with the field staff, training record updates)
•    Works on all admin matters to the Department.

•    University degree
•    Good command of English
•    Good working knowledge on computer software
•    Highly adaptable person who is able to perform a variety of tasks
•    Good coordination skills
•    Good sense of numbers
•    Good integrity
