Report to: Supply Chain Manager • Ensure that the distribution & logistics process (stock management process, warehouse and transportation process) is established and complied • Develop and maintain transportation system on domestic and international freight that ensures business needs are met. • Identify metrics, tools, and processes to optimize or enhance operations smoothness and ensure delivery of results • Develop, maintain and enhance a full set of right processes of distribution and logistics to support business objectives and strategies. • Ensure Company is in compliance with laws and regulations regarding transportation, including hazardous materials. Resolve any legal issues pertaining to transportation/ distribution • Measure and track distribution and logistics performance, maintain a monitoring system to ensure KPI met • Provide support, knowledge, feedback to Affilitate Brand teams for projects driven on a regional or global basis • Positively drive changes and ensure goals and processes are moving forward towards excellence • Collaborate within the Regional and Local teams regarding distribution & logistics and projects • Conduct a monthly meeting with the Brands to review performance, potential risks, issues.
• University degree in relevant area such as operations, technology or business & administration • Experience in retailing corporations or FMCG is preferrable • Supply chain certification (e.g., CSCP, CPIM) desirable • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience at supervisor level • Demonstrated successful records in managing distribution & logistics activities within a market. Proven ability to manage internal and external parties to ensure successful and professional distribution and logistics activities • Excellent organisational skills, time management and follow up skills • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal. Able to communicate and influence people at all levels. • Willingness and openess to change processes • Good knowledge of English • Excellent Computer office skills • Knowledge of SAP is an advantage • Ability to coach and support SAP knowledge to team members • Flexible, positive, open-minded, very structured and precise
