Report to: Head of HR

•    Manage and monitor manpower plan, recruitment budget and recruitment cost
•    Manage recruiting & selection activities from manpower approval, sourcing, screening, interviewing to ending probation period
•    Ensure all recruitment policies, procedures and techniques are adhered to and recommend improvements
•    Propose to improve recruitment sources effectiveness
•    Managing the keeping of performance management records
•    Review and identify performance issues and propose to improve performance across company
•    Liaise with functional managers to analyze,  identify the training and development needs of the company then develop and implementing trainings and succession plans that are appropriate for the business needs.
•    Select, and manage ongoing relationships with external consultants and training providers to ensure that the company receives satisfactory standards of service.
•    Coordinate with functional managers to prepare O&HR review document, ensuring data accuracy and timely submission
•    Input in the development of HR strategies and direction.
•    Develop & ensure all required reports and HR database are updated timely and accurately for management decision
•    Ensure all HR processes are executed properly
•    Propose HR initiatives to improve the productivities of the HR relevant activities
•    Train & coach staff to ensure that he/she can be able independently to deliver the job
•    Prepare internal HR communication regarding recruitment & training activities
•    Lead internal Company Team building activities aligned with company's objectives and goals.

•    At least 3 years experience in the same position in multinational manufacturing company.
•    University degree in relevant majors
•    Interpersonal skills
•    Oral and written communication skills
•    Planning & Organization skills
•    Computer literate
•    Foreign language skills, both oral and written
