• Manage process method & tool for production; create SOP for all key processes • Control all standard BOM accuracy, actual usage compliance • Review & approve costing for C&S product • Study key process to reduce steps to increase efficiency, improve BOM, reduce material usage & gain cost saving • Support production for problem solving & continuous improvement in term of BOM/ actual usage & inefficient process • Create, review, approve & maintain all BOM • Solve issue & develop BOM option in MAPICS system • Train best practice for production people • Communicate with other facilities for process change/ improvement • Process new projects in term of process that are assigned from Senior Engineering Manager & Board of Director • Have continuous improvement • Responsible for staff recruitment, training & development
• University graduate • At least 5 year experience in IE, Process, Costing, Lean • Knowledge of BOM & process improvement for cost saving • Problem solving skills • Good at number, cost • Analysis ability • Systematic, methodical, detailed, thorough, transparent. • Work well in a team-based environment. • Positive, enthusiastic, creative, embrace changes, performs under pressure • Good at Written and Spoken English
