• Analyze sales KPI trend and identify areas that need improvement. • Propose monthly, quarterly, yearly Sales forecast. • Drive the creation of activation plans and sales program to achieve the objective. • Propose promotion program based on monthly sales forecast; monthly sales Objective to each regions. • Assist in the development of future year Gross Sales and Trade forecasts that incorporate marketing assumptions, trade initiatives and customer plans • Consolidate monthly sales spend and tracking versus budget/ plan; analyze monthly sales cost. • Liaise with Sales team and Customers to get Consumer Insights as needed to support fact based development of plans. • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to execute and track promotional programs in line with company strategy and brand standard. • Provide analysis for current year volume forecasts and trade spending and on-going process improvement. • Conduct analyses for volume forecasts and related collaboration processes, including customer transition planning, allocation resources management and customer level forecasts. • Develop and recommend gap management plans within budget as required; recommend gap management actions to appropriate Brands and regions.
• 3 years’ experience at the same position in FMCG company and prefer experience in beverage field. • Good planning skill and analytical skill. • Interpersonal and social perspectives • Strong communication skill. • Excellent in Excel and PowerPoint presentation
