Report to: Commercial Manager • Build the brand in the most important outlets through outlet relationships, advocacy, outlet branding, experiential marketing and events, among other means • Management c. 80 key outlets with a call rate of 20 accounts per week • Ensure retention of account base • Be a key representative of the brand as a public ambassador • Identify and create opportunities to collaborate with other brands, organizations and outlets – create synergies, connections and mutually beneficial outcomes • Be a source of consumer/customer insight, competitive intelligence and creative inspiration for future growth • Ensuring authenticity and differentiation delivered to customer base at every point of contact, whether through use of sales tools or through specific activations • Ensure implementation of all marketing activity in outlet, owning the implementation of any program within the outlet • Responsible for staff training (bar staff / managers) around all aspects of the company including provenance and quality, enhancing their passion for the brand
• Strong understanding around premium brand building • A clear understanding of the “art of the possible” within specific customers • Trade Marketing experience an advantage • Experience in delivering successful brand building initiatives • Budget management experience • Networking and relationship building skills • Proven accountability for delivery of through the line activations • Planning and project management • Accountable • Persistent and resilient • Brand passion • Can deal with ambiguity • Resourceful • Ability to act quickly and “trouble shoot” when things are not going according to plan
