• Responsible for territory developing within assigned area. • Check all scoreboards/reports, make analysis to give plan for improving the appointed territory. • Direct solving problems at appointed territory. • Cascade assign sales volume to subordinates reasonable to achieve the goal • Propose and align specific goal for each staffs in territory in appropriate with company goal. • Review staff’s performance at the meeting weekly/monthly/yearly and have appropriate timely actions to meet target. • Clearly communicate & implement information & company policies/procedures regarding price, promotion, products • Evaluate sales team KPIs to develop sales ability and improve work effectiveness • Coach sales team & support sales team in solving daily issues. • Ensure perform management Distributor successfully (delivery, warehouse, inventory control, equipments…) • Go on field frequently to understand customer’s need and find new developing opportunities • Search, suggest, evaluate Distributors’ ability and also terminate contract with Distributors as company process stipulated. • Other requests from direct supervisor for developing and selling goods in appointed territory.
• At least 2-year experience in similar role, experience in FMCG is preferred • Ability to work independently and under pressure. • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, able to prepare and deliver presentations • Effective negotiation skills and ability to maintain and develop the company’s sales network • Strong leadership skills • High level of initiative, integrity and honesty, ability to work independently and under pressure
