Position Summary: • Identify and develop the customer strategic business plan for Company in assigned customer, implementation of Company Category vision while ensuring targeted profit and sales/share objective for customer • Takes part in driving the sales/ market share/ customer contribution for Company category by implementation and optimization of category strategies within the assigned customer • Responsibility for maintain and leverage the relationships & partnership with the customer Principle Duties and Responsibility: 1. Account Management: • Build development strategy and plan for assigned customers • Consult and involve in trading term negotiation in assigned customer • Deliver Company Objective within assigned customer (Sales/ Share/ Profit) • Build / leverage relationship & partnership and working closely with key customer contact • Build and lead Activities/ Promotion and Field Operation Planning - Success in listing new products/ Launch / Re-Launch - Lead the team to develop the promotions and Selling activity plan & dealing with Customers - Identify new opportunity (new stores/ new account …) to leverage Company coverage/ Company expanding in the market. Analyzing, evaluating and recommending / consulting to MTM - Acts and active ambassador Company at the customer and of the customer at Company - Manage customer demand effectively - Competitor & customer strategy changing update/report on time/ promotion evaluation/ data analysis and understanding … - Market/customer understanding to give feedback to MKT/ Trade CAT/ Supply chain & Management Team to contribute to Company promotion /activation planning 2. Implement company’s and products’ (category) strategies and/or tactics and build customer though leadership with assigned customer • Implement Category Vision in Assigned Customer • Develop and implement Joint Business Planning with Customer • Initiate opportunities of Category management: CAT Advisory, space management,… • Conduct monthly/quarterly business review and giving improvement feedback on positive solution to customer and monitoring 3. Lead and develop People • Ability to lead team and ensure a good team commitment • Lead Team to work with integrity, speed, personal ownership, winning results and people leadership • Ensure staff capability by coaching & knowledge applying from training course (personal development and professionalize) • Build tatent in team to upgrade the team capability • Tracking and evaluation staff performance 4. Excellent In-store Execution • Ensure sufficient communication from Company Management Team to Field Team • Ensure Trading Term implement with good return • Ensure maximum support from customer for all Company activities in return • Investigate and negotiate to get visibility and activities with good implementation for NSO • Ensure standard visibility in line with Plan-o-gram and dealing the good Space for non PNG Category under off-take performance • Ensure Company Brands and activities are consistent, well display and performance in all stores in assigned customer • Ensure Sale-In , Sales-Out and Stock Availability • Build awareness for consumer/ shopper though in store advertising/ activation/ decoration • Ensure consistent adherence to sales, marketing, Trade CAT,... for operation effectively
Qualification Required: • University in Business Administration, Foreign Trade, Economics • Strong analytics, familiar to work with numbers • Ability to lead team, good team commitment • Confident, proactive with strong passion for growth • Relationship & networking capability • Computer skills: Word, Excel, Power point • Able to communicate in English • Well working in field. Able to work under high pressure condition • Result oriented. Well managing for result. • Strong strategic influencing & seizing the future
