• Develop business plan for both short and long term profitable sales growth, in line with local strategy. • Lead and motivate Sales team to successfully execute the business plan. • Maximize product assortment in respect to customers by listing compulsory Stock Keeping Units, including new products and brands. • Develop and implement Promotions with customers, in coordination with Marketing. • Lead and manage dealers and distributors to make their performance in line with company’s strategy and objectives. • Share market intelligence and business issues with relevant people (Management, Marketing, Sales, etc.) to draw proper strategy for the company. • Successfully negotiate annual contracts with Key Account customers.• • Keep searching for new growth opportunities for the company in terms of channel and distribution. • Lead and manage a nationwide chain of retail stores. • Lead and manage Customer Service team to maximise customer satisfaction. • Report on sales forecast, sales results, sales trend, inventory, return, etc.
• University degree with 8 years of experience in sales in consumer or durable products (relevant Marketing experience is a plus). • Communication skills in English + Vietnamese • Leadership and entrepreneurship with strong proactive attitude • Global vision , strategic thinking and sense of anticipation to adapt to future needs • Need to have a passion for Execution. • Understanding of the market and customers. • Ability to develop and foster trade relations. • Analytical skills with a global vision to drive accurate business, to drive sales with determination and make pertinent results analysis and relevant recommendations. • Product knowledge.
